About Jeremiah Joyce
Jeremiah is an experienced civil litigator with an extensive record of success, representing personal and commercial clients in numerous jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings with bar admission to three New England states (MA, NH, and CT) and Federal District Court.
Prior to opening his own office, he spent close to a decade representing civil defendants and insurance companies in defense of personal injury, property damage, breach of contract, PIP, and insurance coverage issues. As a plaintiff’s attorney, his past legal work has resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients through negotiated settlements, arbitrations, formal mediations, and trials.
The principal focus of his current practice includes the zealous representation of clients in the recovery of damages for personal injuries stemming from incidents such as auto accidents, trip and falls, construction accidents, and dog bites, PIP (personal injury protection benefits), recovery for medical providers and patients, Business Disputes, and Breach of Contract.

About Joel Barshak
Joel Barshak has been practicing law since 1989, having graduated from the Boston University School of Law. Initially, he worked in a large Boston law firm, practicing business litigation. Because of his desire to be in court and try cases, Mr. Barshak eventually became associated with a firm specializing in insurance defense and has since tried well over a hundred cases in State and Federal courts.
In addition, Mr. Barshak continues to handle all aspects of insurance claims and contract disputes. His goal is to listen carefully to his client and assist that client through the difficulties that have occurred either as a result of an accident or other event that requires the experience and professionalism of a caring attorney.
